How it works
SpaceX listed on Nasdaq on 12 Jun 2026 as SPCX. Nasdaq’s regular session runs 09:30–16:00 New York time on weekdays, minus exchange holidays. Rockets don’t keep those hours: most SpaceX launches since the IPO have lifted off at night or on weekends, while the exchange was shut.
Robinhood Chain carries a tokenized SPCX that trades in on-chain pools around the clock. So at most liftoffs, the only live market price for SpaceX stock is the one on Robinhood Chain. TICKAPOGEE writes that price down, launch by launch.
- Liftoff. The launch time (T-0) comes from Launch Library 2. We compute whether Nasdaq’s regular session was open at that moment, and if not, why: overnight, weekend or holiday.
- Snapshots. We read SPCX from its main pool on Robinhood Chain at T-1h, T-0, T+1h and T+24h. Each snapshot is tied to an L2 block number.
- Anchor. After T+24h a keeper writes one record per launch to the
LaunchLedgercontract: the four prices, the blocks, the market state, the outcome and the pool. A record can’t be overwritten. Corrections go through a separateAmendedevent with a reason, and the originalRecordedevent stays in the chain history.

Reading the tape
Every launch page shows a tape: SPCX on Robinhood Chain from six hours before liftoff to a day after.
- The line is the price in USD (15-minute closes). The bars along the bottom are swap volume.
- Shading shows the Nasdaq calendar. Plain paper means the regular session was open. Orange hatching means Nasdaq was closed, so Robinhood Chain was the only market trading.
- The orange line is T-0, liftoff. Dashed lines mark T-1h, T+1h and T+24h; the dots on them are the exact prices written to the ledger.
- Δ in the logbook is the move from T-0 to T+24h. The small figure under it is T-0 to T+1h.
When a launch happens with Nasdaq closed, compare the T+1h price with the next Nasdaq open. That gap is what this ledger exists to show.
Prices on Robinhood Chain can differ from the Nasdaq price: pools are thinner, and arbitrage is limited while the exchange is shut. We record the on-chain price as it was. We don’t adjust it.
Verify a record
You don’t need this site to check an entry. You need a Robinhood Chain RPC, an archive RPC for old state, and Foundry’s cast (or any block explorer).
1 · Read the Recorded event
Each record is emitted as Recorded(bytes32 indexed ll2Id, uint64 t0, uint64[4] pxE6, uint64[3] blocks, bool nasdaqOpen, uint8 outcome, address indexed pool). Prices are USD × 106 in the order [T-1h, T-0, T+1h, T+24h]; blocks are [T-0, T+1h, T+24h]; a 0 means “not available”. Outcome: 0 pending, 1 success, 2 failure, 3 partial.
LEDGER=0x…
RPC=https://robinhood-rpc.publicnode.com
# every record since the contract was deployed
cast logs --rpc-url $RPC --address $LEDGER --from-block DEPLOY_BLOCK \
"Recorded(bytes32 indexed,uint64,uint64[4],uint64[3],bool,uint8,address indexed)"
# or read one record directly (ll2Id = the launch UUID without dashes, right-padded to 32 bytes)
ID=0x$(echo "<launch-uuid>" | tr -d '-')00000000000000000000000000000000
cast call --rpc-url $RPC $LEDGER "get(bytes32)((uint64[4],uint64[3],uint64,address,bool,uint8,uint16))" $ID
On the explorer: open the contract, then the Logs tab. Each launch page links its ledger transaction directly.
2 · Re-read the pool at the recorded block
Take the pool address and a block number from the record and ask the pool for its price at that block. The public node prunes old state, so use an archive RPC for this step.
POOL=<pool from the record>
BLOCK=<T-0 block from the record>
ARCHIVE=<an archive RPC for Robinhood Chain>
cast call --rpc-url $ARCHIVE $POOL "token0()(address)"
cast call --rpc-url $ARCHIVE $POOL "token1()(address)"
cast call --rpc-url $ARCHIVE --block $BLOCK $POOL \
"slot0()(uint160,int24,uint16,uint16,uint16,uint8,bool)"
Convert the first value, sqrtPriceX96, into a price:
P = (sqrtPriceX96 / 2^96)^2 × 10^(decimals0 − decimals1) # token1 per token0
price_USD = P if SPCX is token0 (and token1 is the USD stablecoin)
price_USD = 1 / P if SPCX is token1
The result should match pxE6 / 1e6 for that snapshot. A tiny gap can come from swaps inside the same block. A large gap means something is wrong, so please tell us.
3 · Check the launch time and market state
Look up the UUID on Launch Library 2 (https://ll.thespacedevs.com/2.3.0/launches/<uuid>/) and compare its net with t0. Then check that moment against Nasdaq regular hours (09:30–16:00 America/New_York, NYSE holidays closed).

FAQ
- Why Robinhood Chain and not Nasdaq?
- Because Nasdaq is closed at most liftoffs. Robinhood Chain trades SPCX 24/7, so it’s the only live price at those moments.
- Why is a value “—”?
- The data isn’t there yet (T+24h hasn’t passed, for example), or a source didn’t answer. We never estimate a missing number.
- What does “pending” mean in the proof column?
- The entry hasn’t been written on-chain yet. Records are anchored after the T+24h snapshot.
- Does a launch move the stock?
- Sometimes, sometimes not. The ledger records what happened. It isn’t a prediction and it isn’t a trading signal.
- What are the dots in the hero?
- Each puff of the plume is one real SPCX swap on Robinhood Chain, sized by its dollar value. The ink turns orange while Nasdaq is closed.
